I heard you sing for the first time last night at Saddleback church, and i was so deeply touched by your music and your story. it felt like your hand reached out, and went into my soul and took everything Im going through at the moment and put it up there on that stage. I have recently found out that my boyfriend of 6 years, the one i thought i was going to share my life with and has helped me raise my daughter has been cheating on me for 2 years! i have many "why me God?" moments, and all i can do is trust him and hold on. when i purchased your cd, you were signing it for me, you turned to me and held my arm and looked so deep into my eyes it was like you were seeing into my soul and said thank you, it was like wow, someone has noticed me. i put on your cd and the song, Hold on love stuck out immediatly, and is now my power song to get me through. thank God for you, and for sharing your gift and story of hope with us all, so we may look forward to God's graces. come back soon!

Lyrics

How much is too much?
How much can one take
‘Till a soul finally breaks?

How far is too far?
When nothing looks right
No end to the night....

Hold on love
It's all on the line
But you'll be alright
Lift up your head
You must be strong
Must sing out your song

How wrong is too wrong?
‘Till you feel so mislead
Into a world of regret

How long is too long?
To trade the truth for a lie
Until there's no where to hide

Hold on love
It's all on the line
But you'll be alright
Lift up your head
You must be strong
Must sing out your song

Dropping defenses
Those rough bloody edges
That open the gate of the hate that en-cages
Hello to new life
Means hello to goodbye
Welcome the change rearranging the inside

Hold on love
It's all on the line
But you'll be alright
Lift up your head
You must be strong
Must sing out your song

Hold on love
It's all on the line
But you'll be alright
Lift up your head
You must be strong
Must sing out your song
