Hands down best cover of "Amazing Grace" I've even heard. And having performed at many funerals, memorial services and so on, I've heard a lot. This is the first version that sounds like it comes straight from the heart

I feel like I finally know what grace means. I have spoken, believed and thought I had experienced it fully for all of my life, but it wasn't until just last year that I finally got it. I can never ever earn my way to Heaven, never serve a church enough, never "raise my convictions" enough to earn my way in. I think it might take a few big mistakes to truly grasp grace. And let me tell you I have made quite a few!

This song is me resting in the fact that there is nothing that I can do except trust that grace will lead me home. Though I have been saved since I was a wee one, I felt like I was missing a huge part of it....the knowledge of grace, and my own need to daily be led to Him!
